Summary: Are we the last to receive trickled down pieces of information in the huge waterfall or do people only see the tip of the iceberg? Are tech writers only limited to doing what’s been told or are we a crucial link in the chain?

About the Speaker
Vinay Anthony Payyapilly has over 20 years of technical writing experience. In this period, he had opportunities where he wrote the first word of a user manual to maintaining a rich document set and adding to it. He has a passion for writing and technology, and found this profession more or less tailored for him. Outside of my work, he is an avid cyclist. He has ridden from Hyderabad to Bengaluru three times, each time raising funds for various charities. At present, he is leading the documentation team at Zenoti, Hyderabad.
