About the Presenter

Shweta is a UX Research Specialist.

Her core expertise lies in ethnography, service design and designing innovative solutions for products and services through the human centered design process. She has worked with non-profit as well as corporate organizations in her journey so far.
She is passionate about understanding the user and connecting dots in order to bring compelling insights that can inform product development. She is currently working as a Design Researcher at Digital Studio at Microsoft.

Zeba Shireen is technical writer with around 10 years of experience. She has been a part of the Content Management System (CMS) for 4 well-established organizations. The scope of work spans overwriting for product development as well as service offerings. She is currently associated with Societe Generale Global Solution Center.

She has worked in the field of technical writing for almost a decade now. I have worked for service based as well as product based organisations. I have defined this path for myself and I look forward to do the same in the coming years.

Experience on the topic

As a campus recruit herself, when she joined Cognizant, she did face a lot of challenges in the corporate world. Eventually learnt it through and became a part of teams training fresh graduates.
