As a Product Owner (Documentation and Product Insights) at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, I lead the documentation team for various banking and financial products and services. I am responsible for defining the vision, scope, and roadmap of the deliverables, as well as managing the backlog, prioritizing the user stories, and collaborating with the stakeholders and the development team. I am also an Agile Certified professional who applies the best practices of Scrum methodology to ensure timely and quality delivery of documentation projects.
With 12 years of experience in Technical Writing, I have developed a strong expertise in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for various domains, such as BFS, Insurance, and Retail. I have also acquired skills in goal setting, professional development, strategic thinking, and communication, which help me to enhance my performance and contribute to the success of the organization.
