- Survey the real AI tools used in technical content workflows (not just theory)
- Map out where AI can help across the content lifecycle, from drafting to review
- Learn to spot risks and apply basic quality checks before using AI output
- Hands-on: Rewrite a dense paragraph for a beginner, add a readiness checklist, and compare plain prompts vs skill-backed workflows
- Bring your own content artifact (For example, API doc, release note) for use on Day 2,
Day 2: Applied AI Tools for Tech Comm Workflows
- Recap Day 1 and set clear success criteria for using AI in your work
- See and practice a full end-to-end AI workflow: draft, transform, review, and improve real docs
- Learn prompt patterns and hands-on labs for drafting, transforming, and reviewing content
- Use a quality rubric to identify and rank issues, and apply fixes
- Map your own team’s tasks to the right AI mechanism: prompt, rule, skill, agent, or MCP
- Build a 30-day adoption plan with a workflow playbook, quality checklist, and measurable metric
