Tech Writer’s Tribe (TWT) Pune team is proud to initiate Whitepaper Contest. This contest is open to all TECH WRITERS who would like to showcase their writing skill to stand a chance to:
- Win a reward worth up to INR 10,000.
- Get their articles featured on TWT website
The contest closes on May 13, 2023.
What's in it for you?
- Opportunity to research on a theme of your choice and learn.
- Community exposure and visibility.
- Practice and hone your technical writing skills.
- And of course a chance to win exciting prizes!
- Even if you don’t win but your entry is good, you stand a chance to get published with your name and picture on TWT website in TWT Online Newsletter.
- Shortlist the theme that you wish to research on.
- Decide a topic and start collating the data.
- Fill the nomination form.
- Write, review, and update your Whitepaper.
Note: Ensure that you submit the final and the best version as the submission cannot be edited later. - Email the final file.
- A panel of judges (comprising of very experienced professionals) will review your Whitepaper.
- The Winners receive the prize and names are announced on TWT Social Media channels.
- The best Whitepaper in each theme will be published and other good submissions are published on TWT website with name and picture of the participant.
- The Whitepaper shall not exceed 2000 words
- Must be submitted as an MS Word file.
- The topic must be from one of the three themes.
- The content must be original and not copied from any other source. As required, add citation and reference link.
- The paper should not violate any employee-employer confidentiality agreement.
- Your entry must be new and getting published for the first time.
- TWT reserves the right to disqualify an entry.
- We will accept only one submission per participant.
- Submission past the contest closure date will not be accepted.
May 13, 2023: Last day of submitting the final entry.
May 15, 2023: Judges start evaluation
June 15, 2023: Announcement of Winners by TWT Pune
A three-member committee of judges will evaluate the entries that meet the guidelines.
All the three judges will assess and provide a score to every entry.
The entry with the best cumulative score from all three judges will be selected as the winner.
About the Committee
The three judges represent the best and most experienced lot of professional technical writers. Sharing 50+ years of experience among them, they have been leaders in the contribution to the tech writing community and recipients of awards too.

- Prize in INR can be transferred ONLY to bank accounts in India.
- Participants outside India can have the articles published on TWT website and names announced on TWT Social media.
