I am an intelligent and passionate writer with around 20 years of Technical Writing experience. I have worked on various industrial documentation platforms, such as CRM, Mobile Applications, Health Care, Supply Chain Management, and Industrial Automation. I transitioned to be a manager and my passion towards learning and development made me take a role as a training lead. As a Staff Curriculum developer, I created various training materials, courses, and assessments for writers. I am also a certified Train the Trainer.
