Tech Writer’s Tribe Mentorship Series brings you a unique ONLINE AI in Technical Documentation Fair.
In 6 sessions, you can experience how different technical writers have implemented multiple aspects related to AI in technical documentation. Learn from their experiences shared as a mix of presentation and demo and make those a reality for you.
The topics range from prompt engineering to using AI-based tools such as Amazon Code Whisperer and IBM Watson, from the impact on code documentation to deflecting Support Tickets, from how to use AI in technical documentation to how AI is shaping tomorrow’s jobs.
Recording will be provided to those who register.

About the AI in Documentation Fair
Any event involves a lot of hard work. TWT is glad to have city volunteers who give their best efforts to make an event successful and care to think about all the facilities of the participants and speakers.
This event is hosted jointly by Team Pune and Chennai. Led by Shalaka Kulkarni the team comprises of 6 members.

A voracious reader and a prolific writer. An open source enthusiast who strongly believes in and promotes open source culture and philosophy. A passionate technologist with a keen interest in innovation. I have been reading extensively and exploring various AI tools to enhance productivity, improve documentation quality, and automate document development processes.

While most people understand the usefulness and importance of product documentation, we have always had a tough time trying to demonstrate real value. At Zenoti, my team implemented a GAI bot on the support widget that attempts to answer the customer query before it is passed to a human. In 6 months, we were able to deflect 45% of the queries with a CSAT of 80% saving the company $450,000 in support costs.
