As a Product Owner (Documentation and Product Insights) at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, I lead the documentation team for various banking and financial products and services. I am responsible for defining the vision, scope, and roadmap of the deliverables, as well as managing the backlog, prioritizing the user stories, and collaborating with the stakeholders and the development team. I am also an Agile Certified professional who applies the best practices of Scrum methodology to ensure timely and quality delivery of documentation projects.

With 12 years of experience in Technical Writing, I have developed a strong expertise in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for various domains, such as BFS, Insurance, and Retail. I have also acquired skills in goal setting, professional development, strategic thinking, and communication, which help me to enhance my performance and contribute to the success of the organization. My passion is to create impactful documentation that meets the needs and expectations of the end-users and the business.
