About the event

The event has two sessions. One session lets you understand the TWT Salary Survey report in detail. The other session lets you understand what to follow in 2025 to grow in the field of technical writing.

Session Name: Salary Survey Report

We conducted an online salary survey in the month of November, 2024. The survey contains responses of 937 participants. While the report can help you understand the salary range prevalent as per role, cities/regions, industry, and gender, you are encouraged to ask your questions. After the event, TWT will share the report with all.

Weighing the Doc Manager and individual contributor roles

About the session
As an individual contributor, you could take on some solid goals for your team and deliver against those, contributing to the success of the team. At the same time, as a Doc Manager, your success depends on how successfully you take the team along to achieve the various goals with your team.

In this session, let’s explore how both these roles need leaders who can drive the results while choosing to take on the role better suited to their individual strengths.
