Tech Writer’s Tribe conducted a global survey to understand how the technical writers work on Release Notes. Participants from several countries shared their experiences, that are divided into multiple reports.

With many technical documentation teams having a better process to interact with cross-functional teams, the challenges in interactions for input and collaboration have been reduced. As per the survey, more than 50% are happily collaborating.

Out of 408 participants, 300+ shared the challenges and some shared solutions implemented to overcome the challenges. TWT sorted the responses and prepared the list of unique challenges and solutions from the responses.
